As a niche service clinical research provider to the pharmaceutical industry, Klinikos has been fortunate to have worked in both camps of the industry providing Klinikos Investigator sites for Pharmaceutical companies to recruit trial subjects and acting for Pharma to achieve their goals in terms of monitoring and managing Investigational Sites.

Knowledge of 'both sides'

Having that unique perspective has allowed us to manage the interactions between Investigator Site and Sponsor but more importantly to understand the needs of both parties to better manage the clinical trial process and thus achieve dual goals.

For example, potentially there can be friction as Investigators sometimes feel pressurised by the Sponsor to achieve targets whilst Sponsors may complain that many sites do not understand their responsibilities when they take on a trial.

Klinikos believes that the correct choice of Investigators from the start coupled with clear objectives for each party explained upfront leads to both a successful relationship and achievable outcome.
