For certain projects, you may have a freeze on head count resources but need the assistance of clinical research personnel who are experienced and can step in with limited training and with a professional attitude to work with your clinical team.

If that is the case, you may want to consider the use of Freelance Field Based CRAs who have:

CRA Experience

All CRAs are experienced, usually ex-industry and work from their home office which is set up with computer, printer, fax and email facility.

Procedure

On request, Klinikos can provide CVs of available CRAs for review which lists therapeutic study experience and trials monitored. If you like the CV, we can arrange for you to talk with the CRA directly without Klinikos being involved. If you wish to proceed and it is practical, a further interview can be arranged face to face. Once you have made your decision, the CRA can work directly under your control without any Klinikos involvement in the running of the study.

Contracts

The CRA can be under your direct control for project related activities and Klinikos would handle the financial administration and have a direct contract with the CRA and arrange payments to the CRA. Klinikos would have a contract with your company for the services of the CRA.
